Marieke, your Destination Expert
After four years spent in South Korea between 2013 and 2017, I am moving back to the land of the morning calm with my family starting in January 2020. Living between Seoul and Geoje island off the coast of Busan, it would be my pleasure to share with you my tips to take advantage of the wide range of experiences that Korea has to offer: hikes in the Seoraksan park, shopping in the trendiest districts of Seoul, silent retreat in a buddhist temple, downhill skiing in one of the dozen of ski resort of the country, discovery of local food, strolls in local markets, etc. Whether you prefer cities or the countryside, sport or relaxation, whether you are traveling alone or with your family, Korea is a very safe country that is still off the major tourist paths and that will surely fit your expectations.
